MARICÃO

RECIPE
½ lime
3 Mint leaves
6 cl Mariquinhas sour cherry liqueur
Ice
Tonic water

METHOD
Place the lime cut into quarters and the mint in a glass.
Crush both ingredients together.
Add sour cherry liqueur, ice, and tonic water to taste.
Enjoy!

MARIQUINHAS MINT

RECIPE
highball glass
slice of orange
1 sprig of mint
5 mint leaves
6cl Mariquinhas sour cherry liqueur
3cl orange juice
sparkling water
ice

METHOD
Prepare a highball glass, cut a slice of orange,
one sprig of mint, and 5 mint leaves. To the shaker, add 6cl of Mariquinhas sour cherry liqueur,
3cl orange juice, and 5 mint leaves, and shake hard. Double strain into the highball glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water and decorate with the slice of orange and the sprig of mint.

sparkling lemonade

METHOD
Prepare a flute glass and cut half a slice of lemon. Add 6cl of Mariquinhas Selected Harvest sour cherry liqueur and top up with sparkling lemonade.

TONIQUINHAS

RECIPE
highball glass
6cl Mariquinhas sour cherry liqueur
3cl lemon juice
ice
tonic water
1 whole sour cherry
1 cocktail stick

METHOD
Prepare a long drink glass, pour 6cl of Sour Cherry Mariquinhas and
3cl of lemon juice in the shaker, then shake hard. Serve in the highball glass
over plenty of ice. Top up with tonic water. Decorate with a sour cherry on a cocktail stick.

MARIQUINHAS SANTA

RECIPE
40cl glass
2.5cl Mariquinhas sour cherry liquor
5cl gin
2.5cl lemon juice
1.5cl egg whites
6 mint leaves
1 whole sour cherry
ice cubes
Castello sparkling water

METHOD
Place all ingredients in the shaker with plenty of ice and shake well.
Strain into a 40cl glass, half filled with ice, and fill with Castello
sparkling water. Decorate with a sprig of mint and a sour cherry.

RECIPE
cognac glass
2 orange peels
6cl Mariquinhas Selected Harvest sour cherry liqueur
5cl espresso coffee
1 whole sour cherry

METHOD
Warm a cognac glass and cut two strips of orange peel.
Add to the glass 6cl of Mariquinhas Selected Harvest and 5cl of espresso. Squeeze the zest from one of the strips of orange peel. Garnish using the other strip of orange peel and 1 sour cherry.

RECIPE

2cl freshly-squeezed orange juice
2cl lemon juice

METHOD
Chill a cocktail glass and prepare two strips of orange peel. To the shaker, add 6cl of Mariquinhas Selected Harvest, 2cl of freshly-squeezed orange juice, and 2cl of lemon juice. Shake well and serve in the cocktail glass, squeeze out the zest from one of the strips of orange peel over the top. Decorate with the other strip of orange peel.

MARIQUINHAS FROZEN

RECIPE
cocktail glass
6cl Mariquinhas sour cherry liqueur
1.5cl tequila
3cl lime juice
5 ice cubes

METHOD
Rub a cut lemon around the rim of the cocktail glass and dip the rim in salt to coat it lightly. Chill the cocktail glass.
In a blender, process the ingredients including the ice cubes for 30 seconds, and pour into the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish using the lemon.

1 lemon zest
6cl Mariquinhas sour cherry liqueur
2cl lemon juice
2cl egg white
ice

METHOD
Prepare a rocks glass and cut one strip of lemon zest. Add to the shaker 6cl of Mariquinhas sour cherry liquor, 2cl lemon juice, and 2cl egg white. First dry shake, then hard shake. Serve in the rocks glass over ice. Squeeze out the zest from one strip of lemon peel and add the peel to the glass.
